Warren Road

During Covid, many people reassessed how they lived and worked, and where they lived. These clients made the move from London back to their Northern Ireland coastal roots. They bought a stunning classic three story Victorian Home and the only item they shipped was a grand piano. The house was in sound condition but needed a refresh of all interior aspects, a new layout on the ground floor and new master suite configuration.

With our contractor, we took the house back to the bare walls, added a Hamptons conservatory in a striking black and refitted all interior elements of the house.  A new kitchen designed and installed by us, takes centre stage.

The front door stained glass has huge historical significance and dates back to the build of the home in 1890. It required specialist restoration and placed in a new door frame.  We complemented this with a new Victorian porch floor in a fresh new colour story.

This stunning home has been refitted for another generation and family.
