In 2023 Velvet Interiors launched their destination retail shop. It was borne from Shauna’s background as retail brand manager. She despaired at the disappearing joy of a gorgeous shop from towns and wanted to open a store that offered a pleasurable shopping experience.
In an era where the digital world and on line shopping is so immediate, the shop is designed to be the anecdote. Slow, relaxing, sensory with a warm welcome. In a world of too much ‘stuff’ the Velvet Shop is the place to buy that special desirable something for your home.
Nestled just off the road outside Coleraine it is a must for interior lovers. Showcasing upholstery, furniture, art, rugs and curated accessories from across the world all with the distinctive Velvet Interiors aesthetic.
